History tab

The History tab displays historic data of the Planning Entity selected. The periodicity of the history is based on the periodicity defined for Demand Planning Workbench. See Periodicity

These rows are displayed in the History table:

  • Net History
  • Sales History
  • Total Adjustments, plus additional sub-rows for each adjustment added
  • Enabled Data Series
Note: 
  • You can only modify the Net History values for base PEs in the History table.
  • You can enable additional rows for the defined Data Series configuration. The Type Manual data series can be modified at the specified Level(s).

The first history period is displayed on the left when the data on the history table is loaded. You can select a cell in the Net History row and modify the value of base PEs. The difference between the current and new value is used to create the History Adjustment. The Total adjustments row is updated to include the history adjustment. A new row for the adjustment is also created as a sub-row of Total Adjustments.

The History Adjustment row can be expanded or collapsed. If you expand the History Adjustment row, additional rows are displayed. Each row displays a history adjustment event, which can be created manually or by using a predecessor, or successor relationship. If you collapse the History Adjustment row, the separate adjustments in the History table are not displayed.

Note: You can right-click on a cell and perform these actions:
  • Create an Adhoc profile using the Create Adhoc Profile option from the Context menu. See Creating adhoc profile, for more details.
  • Apply an Adhoc profile using the Apply Adhoc Profile option from the Context menu. See, Applying adhoc profile, for more details.
    Note: The Apply Adhoc Profile option is only available for editable cells.
