Offset Forecast

The forecast that is used in accuracy calculations. This is the forecast published x periods ago, where x is the offset for the specified Forecast Level or PE and periods is based on the forecast level periodicity. For example, weeks or months.

By default, the Offset Forecast for Tactical is the Published Tactical forecast from 1 week ago and the Offset Forecast for Strategic is the Published Strategic forecast from 1 month ago.
