Highlighting issues in Network Visualization plansheet

The Highlight Issues option is used to identify various constraints and help in analyzing the root cause within the supply chain. The constraints include purchase issues, production capacity issues, and safety stock issues. The Highlight Issues option is displayed in the Network Location Overview screen. You can click this option to navigate to the Highlight Issues screen.
Note: The Highlight Issues option (bulb icon) is available only if the Product and Location selector values are specified.

You can use these options in the Highlight Issues screen:

  • Maximum Purchase Issues: To view highlighted Supplier Allocation arrows in the Network Visualization graph. See, Maximum Purchase Issues.
    Note: This option is enabled based on the existence of the property maximum purchase ratio of class Supplier Allocations.
  • Production Capacity Issues: To view highlighted Processes nodes in the Network Visualization graph. See, Production Capacity Issues.
    Note: This option is enabled based on the existence of the property load of class Resources.
  • Safety Stock Issues: To view highlighted Product At Location nodes in the Network Visualization graph. See, Safety Stock Issues.
    Note: This option is enabled based on the existence of the property safety stock ratio of class Products At Locations.
  • Transportation Capacity Issues: To view highlighted Transportation arrows in the Network Visualization graph. See, Transportation Capacity Issues.
    Note: This option is enabled based on the existence of the property maximum shipments tu ratio of class Routes.

The bulb icon remains active when one or more options are selected within the Network Visualization graph. You can select multiple options in the Highlight Issues screen. After you click Apply, the Network Visualization graph displays the highlighted graph components based on the options selected. The Network Visualization graph is not updated if you click Cancel without saving.
