Data Retention Settings tab

The Data Retention Settings are internal system settings and not included in configuration templates. The selected data entities are deleted using the system job based on the defined retention policy.

You must specify this information in the Data Retention Settings tab:

Audit Log Messages

If this option is set to On, audit log messages are deleted from the system based on the retention policy.

Note: This value is set to On and cannot be modified.

Retention Policy

Indicates the time period in days after which the data is deleted from the system. You can specify the value manually or use the number stepper option.

Note: By default, this value is not specified.

Audit logs of the Planning Engine, Cycle Period, and Scenario are excluded from the retention policy and cannot be deleted. These Audit logs are only be deleted when the entity is deleted.
