Setting filter criteria for planning entities

  1. Select SCP > Global > Business Area > Demand Planning Workbench. The Demand Planning Workbench screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Selection panel.
  3. Click Filter. The Filter panel is displayed.
  4. Select the required severity of situations in the Severity section. Possible values:
    • High
    • Medium
  5. Select the required levels of Planning Entities (PE) in the Levels section.
    Note: By default, a maximum of five filter options are displayed. You can use the Show more option to view more filter options and the Show less option to switch back to default view.
  6. Select the required situation types in the Situations section.
    Note: By default, a maximum of five filter options are displayed. You can use the Show more option to view more filter options and the Show less option to switch back to default view.
  7. Select the required status of a PEs in the Status section. Possible values:
    • Open
    • Reviewed
    • Published
    • Publishing
  8. Click Apply. A list of PE is displayed based on the specified criteria in the Selection panel.
    Note: 
    • Active filter conditions are color-coded based on sections and displayed in the Selection panel. You can remove the filter conditions, if required.
    • Filters within a section are applied with OR condition. For example, Situation: No Tactical Forecast OR Situation: Forecast Magnitude Change.
    • Filters across sections are applied with AND condition. For example, Situation: No Tactical Forecast AND levels: Product@Channel.
    • You can use the Next and Previous options in the Summary panel to view data of previous or succeeding PEs from the list.
