Time axis tab

You can restricted the work area for a user. These conditions are applicable for the users with restricted work area access:

  • By default, the planning board displays the restricted work area.
  • In the Process Batch, Tank Batch, Order, and Downtime overview windows, the records outside the restricted work area cannot be modified.
  • Drag and drop of process batches and downtime is limited to the restricted work area.
  • Editing the start or end time of a process batch or downtime is limited to the restricted work area.
  1. Select File > Users.
  2. Click the Time Axis tab in the Users window.
  3. Specify this information:
    restrict work area
    Select this check box to specify the restricted work area for the user.
    limit to
    Specify the duration for which the user is allowed to access the restricted work area.
    start and end offset
    Specify the offset value for the start and end time using the syntax {-} {#d} {#h} {#m}.
    For example: -1d 4h , 4h 45m
    history and future horizon
    The additional time for which a user can view the planning board.
  4. Click Close.
