Status attributes
Status attributes can be combined in groups referred to as statuses and applied to orders, tank batches, process batches, and batch segments.
Status attributes are applicable to end stage, coupled process batches, and tank batches. Attributes that are set to Yes or No by a status cannot be modified in the Batch or Order entry window or by applying a status that does not set the status name. To unlock these attributes, you must apply a status that modifies the status name (for example, the preset NO STATUS).
If the values of the status attributes are set to Yes:
- User-defined setup duration does not enable you to modify the setup duration time.
- Start inflow registered locks the time when
the inflow to the tank starts. Note: This attribute enables you to view the tank batch and quantity even if the process batch has happened in the past and is no longer on the planning board.
- End inflow registered locks the time when the inflow is scheduled to end.
- Offset duration locked locks the minimum standing time.
- Start outflow registered locks the time when the outflow is due to start.
- End outflow registered locks the time when the outflow is due to end.
- User-defined changeover duration does not enable you to modify the changeover duration time.
- Resource locked does not enable you to modify resources.
- Quantity locked does not enable you to modify the quantity.
- Drag in time locked does not enable you to modify the time when the batch is scheduled.
- Surplus is allowed enables you to produce more than the required quantity even if this results to surplus.
- Surplus may not be used limits the use of surplus that may have been produced.
- Delete not allowed does not allow the batch to be deleted from the schedule.
Note: The status attribute that is applicable to downtime is locked.
