Validation and execution
The specified Cycle Period is stopped, and the status is changed from
Pending, Paused or
Running to Aborted on successful execution and
validation of the macro. Also, the status of the scenarios are set to
Stopped.
These are the execution rules:
- The editable scenarios must be discarded (revert to read-only) before executing the macro.
- When the abort process is completed, the running workflows for the specified Cycle Period or Scenario are also stopped.
- If the selected Cycle Period is not available (processing), the abort command is executed till the Cycle Period is available within the duration specified in Time out.
- If the Cycle Period parameter is not populated, the running Cycle Period is stopped.
- If currently running Cycle Period is not available, the macro fails to execute.
