-
Click Yes. All configurations and
operational data are deleted and the deletion process is completed.
Note: During the deletion process:
- The application acquires exclusive lock of the database and retries until the permission is granted.
- The tenant status is set to Resetting.
- All tables and views in SCP are dropped and recreated except IBP_APP_PROPERTY, IBP_SETUP_CHECK_STATE and DATABASECHANGELOG, DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK, V_IBP_ALEALOG tables.
- All tables in SCV databases and the subsystems (if any) such as AP or AS, are also dropped and recreated.
- The process of recreating the database(s) retries in case any failure until the database is ready or the tenant status has changed to Error, indicating unrecoverable errors. The SCP application can be accessed only when the tenant is enabled, and all the tables are recreated.
- A session expired message is displayed when you access the tenant before the completion of the process.
- On completion of the process, you must login again and reload the required templates manually to reconfigure the SCP tenant.
