Routing Alternative Code tab

You must specify this information in the Routing Alternative Code tab.
Process Changes to Routing Quantity
Determines, if the difference in alternative code for a routing is considered. Possible values:
  • On: If there are differences in alternative code for a routing that produce the same product at the same location with the same effective dates, a new routing is created based on each variation and populate the Routing Version field with the definition from the ‘New Version value’ field sets.
  • Off: The differences in alternative code for a routing that produce the same product is not considered.
Value
The value to be used if output items change. This value is generated during the execution of the transformation program. This value is populated in the SC_ROUTING_VERSION column when new routings are created.
Note: 
  • The default value is ALT.
  • This field is enabled if the Process Changes to Routing Alternative Code field is set to On and the Add Global Sequence Number (Routing Details tab) field is set to Off.
Column
The name of column in the SC_ROUTING table which appends the value from the specified column to the value in the Value field. The value is generated during the execution of the transformation program.
Note: 
  • The default value is set to null that means column value is not added.
  • This field is enabled if the Process Changes to Routing Alternative Code field is set to On and the Add Global Sequence Number (Routing Details tab) field is set to Off.
Sequence Number Length
The length of a sequence number. This sequence number is appended to the value in the Value field. The value is generated during execution of the transformation program.
Note: 
  • The default value is 1.
  • If this value is 0, sequence number is not added.
  • This field is enabled if the Process Changes to Routing Alternative Code field is set to On and the Add Global Sequence Number (Routing Details tab) field is set to Off.
