Defining Transactional data of type Transfer
Transactional Data is a non-OLAP calculation on a measure to provide a scenario value from multiple transactional records. Transactional record can be of type Sum or Transfer. The Sum type transactional data is a sum of all transactional data.
To define transactional data of type Sum:
- Select Configuration > Common > Measures > Transactional Data.
- Click New.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- A unique name of the transactional data.Note: You cannot modify this value after the transactional data is created.
- Display Name
- The name to be displayed in the application.
- Module
- The module in which the transactional data measure is
available.Note: You cannot modify this value after the transactional data is created.
- Measure Code
- The measure based on which the transactional data measure
is defined.Note: You cannot modify this value after the transactional data is created.
- Measure Description
- The description for the measure.
- Type
- The type of the Transaction data.Note:
- You must select this value as Transfer.
- You cannot modify this value after the transactional data is created.
- System
- Indicates, if the transactional data is system defined or
user defined.Note:
- If this option is set to On, the Transactional data is system defined and cannot be deleted by the user.
- By default, this value is set to Off and cannot be modified.
- Tags
- The tags linked to the transactional data. You can link one or more tags to a transactional data.
- From Measure
- The measure for which the non-OLAP calculation is performed to provide a scenario value from multiple transactional records.
- Enable Lead Time
- Indicates if the Lead
Time field is displayed in the Add
Transactional Data page.Note: By default, this value is set to Off.
- Custom String (1 to 5)
- Indicates whether the custom strings are displayed in the
Add Transactional Data page.Note:
- If this value is set to On, an optional Display name can be defined.
- By default, this value is set to Off.
- Click Save.
