Cycle period scenarios overview

Cycle period scenarios are the planning scenarios (business plans) that are linked to a cycle period.

The cycle period scenario information includes:

• Scenario name
• Display name
• Linked module
• Scenario process
• Cycle
• Cycle period
• Status
• Initialization macro
• Linked scenarios
• Used by Scenario
• Available status
• Editable status
• User names
• Role of the users

On the Scenario Details page, you can perform these tasks:

• Define a new cycle period scenario.
• Duplicate a cycle period scenario.
• Make a cycle period scenario editable and save or discard the edits.
• Share a scenario with specific users and roles.
• Change the status of the scenario.
• Modify the User names/ Roles who can access the scenario.
• Manually execute a macro for the scenario.
• Delete a cycle period scenario.
• Import scenario data to the current scenario.
• Export scenario data from the current scenario.
• View the history data of the scenario.
