Adding Transactional Data of type Transfer
You can add transactional data of type ‘Transfer’ to the transaction measures that are not mapped to the cycles in Replenishment engine.
- Access the worksheet which contains transactional data measures.

Right click a transactional data measure. The Add
Transactional Data menu is displayed.
Note: The Add Transactional Data menu is displayed only if:
- The measure is of Transactional Data (Transfer) type.
- The Transactional data measure is not defined in the Replenishment Engine.
- The user has the permission to add transactional data.
- The scenario is editable by the current user (part of share).
- Select Add Transactional Data. A new window is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- The name of the transactional data.Note: This value is defaulted based on the selected Transactional Data measure.
- Source Measure
- The source measure of the transactional data. This value is derived from the transactional data name.
- Destination Measure
- The destination measure of the transactional data. This value is derived from the transactional data name.
- Source Location
- The base location for the transactional data.Note: This value is populated only if the measure associated with the cell is destination measure.
- Destination Location
- The base location for the transactional data.Note: This value is populated only if the measure associated with the cell is destination measure.
- Item
- The item of the transactional data record. You must select the base node Item.
- Critical Flag
- Indicates the criticality of the transactional
data.Note: By default, this value is set to None and is read only.
- Quantity
- The value of the transactional data record.
- Ship Date
- The shipping date of the transactional data record.Note:
- If Transactional data
Enable Lead Time is set to On:
- This value is populated with ‘End date of the selected cell – Lead Time’.
- This value is populated when the values for Item, Location and Supplier fields are specified.
- The Delivery Date is updated as 'Ship Date + Lead Time' at the time of modifying the populated value.
- If Transactional data
Enable Lead Time is set to Off:
- The value populated with the End date of the selected cell.
- The Delivery Date is not updated when you modify the populated value.
- If Transactional data
Enable Lead Time is set to On:
- Delivery Date
- The delivery date of the transactional data record.Note:
- This value is pre-populated with the End date of the selected cell.
- This value is populated only if the values for Item, Source Location and Destination Location fields are specified.
- If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On and you modify the populated value, the Ship Date is updated as ‘Delivery Date – Lead Time’.
- If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to Off, Ship Date is not updated
- Lead Time
- Indicates the Lead Time defined in the Engine.Note:
- This field is displayed only if Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On.
- This value is populated only if the values for Item, Source Location and Destination Location fields are specified.
- If you modify the populated value, the Delivery Date is updated as ‘Ship Date + Lead Time’.
- Need Date
- The default value is same as Delivery Date. However, you can modify the value.
- Note
- The additional information (text note) related to the transactional data.
- Reference
- The reference text related to the transactional data.
- Custom Fields
- Additional text used as reference for the transactional data. This fields are displayed based on the configuration of the transactional data definition.
- Click Save. The selected locations are directly mapped to the Source Location and Destination Location fields.
