Managing SCV datasheets

You can modify and delete the datasheets for which the access rights are provided.

To view the SCV datasheet:

  1. Select Configuration > SCV > Datasheets. The datasheet list is displayed.
  2. Click Detail icon of the required datasheet.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Modify this information, if required:
    Display Name
    The name of the datsheet to be displayed in the application.
    Users
    The users authorized to modify the datasheet.
    Roles
    The roles authorized to modify the datasheet.
    Category
    The category in which you want to group the datasheet. You can create a new category or select a category from the list that is displayed.
  5. Select or deselect the Enabled option. You can access the datasheet from SCV menu, if selected.
  6. Modify the Source for configuring the data to be displayed on the datasheet. The possible Source types:
    • Table: If you select this option, a list of all available tables within the internal SCV database is displayed. Select the required table from the list.
    • Query: If you select this the option, specify the SQL query (SELECT item from TABLE_1). The query is used to retrieve the required data from the SCV database.
  7. Click Verify and Apply to validate the specified query. If the query cannot be resolved, a warning message is displayed.
  8. Check the Column to Display check boxes in the Available Table and Columns section to specify the data to be displayed in the datasheet. You can also specify the Display Name for the columns that are displayed.
  9. Click Save.

    To delete a datasheet, select the required datasheet from the list and click Delete.
