My Selections overview

My Selections enables you to create a customized list of items or locations for use within the worksheets. The existing My Selections are available for selection in the data context.

This functionality enables you to quickly retrieve frequently used lists of items or locations.

My selections can be based on the following method:

Manual selection, where elements from the hierarchy are selected or
Filtered selection, where the selection is created based on conditions.

Note:

You can modify or delete My Selections that you have created.
You can delete My Selections that are created by others, if you have the “Delete Any Selection” permission.
