Time period for planning board

A time period is a block of time defined for specific activities, duration and fixed recurrence interval. A time period displays temporal patterns in production capacity linked to claims on enabling resources or utilities. Time periods can be combined into timetables. The time periods overview window displays the time periods, key attributes and the color for the time period that is displayed on the planning board.

You can use these tabs in the Time Period Entry window:

  • General: To view the generic information related to time period such as the range and repetition period.
  • Timetables: To view the list of timetables for which the time period is applicable.
