Availability exceptions tab

  1. Click the Availability exceptions tab.
  2. Click Add to add a new row.
  3. Double-click the color if you want to change the default color.
  4. Select a new color from the color palette.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Specify the new date in the appropriate column if you require to modify the start or end date from the default date.
  7. Specify the number in the available column if a utility has some availability, however availability number is less than the standard.
  8. Specify a description for the exception in the description column.
