Interfaces tab

Use this tab to define the interfaces for the group. The available interfaces are displayed in the pane to the left and the selected interface for the group is displayed in the pane to the right.
  1. Select Integration > Interface Groups. The Interface Groups Entry window is displayed.
  2. Double-click the required interface group. The Interfaces Group Entry window is displayed.
  3. Click the Interfaces tab.
  4. Select a write interface to enable the Search field, if required.
    Note: 
    • The Search field contains at least two options, however, if others are defined for the related entity, they are displayed.
    • The default value is Own export search. If another search is selected, this search is used to determine the records to be exported instead of the one that is specified in the interface.
  5. Click Save.
    Note:  You can also use this page to:
    • Select all items using the double right arrow option.
    • Select an item and click the single left arrow to remove an item from the interface group. Alternatively, double-click the item in the pane on the right.
    • Remove all items using the double left arrow option.
    • Use the source/destination of the group by double-clicking the use group source/destination column for the corresponding interface.

      The Source/Destination as specified in the interface is used by default.

    • Select and drag the interfaces within the pane on the right to the required location to reorder the interface.
