CIP violations

When a sub-selection is solved, CIP violations on the non-selected batches can be identified during the schedule check. In this case, if possible, the solver attempts to find a resolution for the conflicts. If there is no room for a CIP batch at the required place, the Restarting, some constraints were violated message is displayed. However, the solver continues running without some of the batches that cause the conflicts.

The partial solutions that are found by the solver can be difficult to understand. If the plan is infeasible, you can perform these actions:

• Check the schedule on the resource group's resources of the selected batches to manually repair the conflicts in the non-selected batches.
• Run the solver to solve the sub-selection against the now feasible CIP sequences of the resource group after the conflicts are solved.
