  1. Specify this information in the General section.
    line separator
    The line separator for ASCII interface.
    encoding
    The encoding option for ASCII interface.
    Note: The unicode data type of the source or destination database data must be set to nvarchar by default.
    company name
    The name of the company to be displayed on the printed report.
    plant name
    The name of the plant that is to be used for the purpose of integration with ERP application. For example, Infor ERP Adage.
    remarks
    A brief description and the related function of the file.
  2. Select the appropriate macros to be run on starting and closing the application in the Macro section.
    Note: If you require to stop a macro from running on starting of the application, press and hold the Ctrl key when you click OK while logging in.
  3. Specify the number of days in the History section to move the messages to a backup file after a certain time period.
  4. Specify the number of days in the History section to remove jobs from the Macro Execution Manager after a certain number of days.
  5. Specify the split over resources user field in the Schedule Options section.
