Data sources tab

You can only select from the data sources when defining an ODBC interface or interface group when the application server is installed in the restricted mode.

  1. Click New to create a new data source.
  2. Specify this information:
    Name
    The unique name of the data source.
    Connection string
    The ODBC connection string which is used for connecting to the database.
    User name
    The name of the user who can access the database.
    Password
    The security password required to access the database.
    Schema name
    The database schema name.
  3. Click OK. The data source is created.
    Note: You can click a field to modify the required details.
