Creating a Utility

  1. Select Factory > Utilities. The Utilities overview window is displayed.
  2. Click New. The New Utility window is displayed.
  3. Specify a unique code for the new utility.
  4. Click OK. The Utility Entry window is displayed and by default the General tab is selected.
  5. Click the Availability tab to define the availability of the utility.
  6. Click the Availability exceptions tab to set exception for the availability of the utility.
  7. Click OK to save the changes and close the window. Alternatively, continue specifying the values on the tabs of the window.
