Integration

The Integration menu provides the tools to use Infor Production Scheduling with other applications. Through this menu, you can configure and execute plug-ins. The plug-ins enable you to exchange data betweenInfor Production Scheduling and other applications such as Infor ERP Adage, ODBC compliant databases and report writers.

You can use these commands from the Integration menu:

  • Connection Setup: To generate multiple interfaces from an Infor ERP Adage database with limited setup in the Infor ERP Adage Connection Setup window. This command can be accessed from Infor ERP Adage.
  • Foundation Setup: To open the Infor ERP Adage Foundation Setup window. This command can be accessed from Infor ERP Adage.
  • Import Foundation Data: To import foundation data. This command can be accessed from Infor ERP Adage.
  • Run Interface for Current Window: To run interfaces that exist for the current window.
  • Run Interface: To run interfaces and interface groups directly from the menu instead of navigating through the overview window. You can select the show in menu check box when creating an interface or interface group to display in the submenu. If interfaces and interface groups are available in the submenu, the interface groups are displayed first.
  • Interfaces: To open the Interfaces window. This command works only if you have the ASCII Communication Toolkit, or the ODBC Communication Toolkit.
  • Interface Groups: To open an Interface Groups overview window that lists all the interface groups in the schedule.
  • Templates: To open the Templates window.
