Managing users

These user roles are defaulted for each user:

  • Administrator
  • Modeler
  • Scheduler
  • Production
  • Publish

You can select a user from the User name section to view the assigned roles.

Note: The Users option is displayed based on the roles assigned to the user.

To create a new user:

  1. Select File > Users. The Users window is displayed.
  2. Click the plus sign (+).
  3. Specify the user name of the new user.
  4. Select the required check boxes to assign the roles to the user.
  5. Click Close.
    Note: To delete a user, select the required user and click minus (-).
