Batches tab

  1. Click Select to select which fields are used as the source of text used to label the batches when the fields are displayed on the planning board. The Selection window is displayed.
  2. Select the fields to be displayed (if required) and characters to separate the selected fields.
    Note: You can use an open or closing parenthesis with a space, a comma, and a minus sign.
  3. Click and drag fields and characters to an appropriate location in the selected items pane to arrange these in the order in the Selection window wherein you require to view.
  4. Click OK after you selected the fields and characters in the order in which these are to be displayed.
  5. Click the appropriate Select option if you require to view the text above or below the batch. You can repeat the steps from 2 to 4.
  6. Click the appropriate option corresponding to the Select option for either text above or text below if you require to set the alignment and appearance of the text.
    Note: You can set the alignment to left align, columns, or right align. You can also click bold to view the text in bold.
    Note: Repeat steps from 2 to 5 for modifying the text below the batch and in the information bar.
  7. Click the tab corresponding to the next batch type to be edited and repeat steps from 2 to 5.
    The selection window is displayed.

    This table lists the available settings that are used in the Batches tab:
