Interface groups
Interfaces enable you to import data from, and export data to, other systems, making necessary adjustments (for example, data aggregation/time bucketizing). At the time of execution, for ease of use, Interfaces can be grouped based on the common settings. You can add an Interface to the Interface Groups. Interface Groups enables you to run various interfaces and each interface runs in sequential order. The settings on the interface group override the setting specified in the interface. An interface can be selected more than once.
You can also use the Interface Groups window to:
- Create a new interface group code using the The New Interface Group window is displayed wherein you can specify the Interface Group code. option.
- Delete an existing interface group code using the option.
- Create a duplicate of the existing group code using the New Interface Group window is displayed wherein you can specify the Interface Group code. option. The
- Rename the existing interface group using the Rename Interface Group window is displayed wherein you can rename the Interface Group code. option. The
- Modify the layout of the Interface Groups window using the Customize Overview Window is displayed wherein you can specify the required information. option. The
- View and customize the interfaces, macros, and templates linked to the selected interface group code, using the Related option.
- Run the interface group using the option.
