Inventory
The
menu lists the options used for managing the inventory and providing input for the objects displayed in the Inventory Simulation graph.You can use these options from the
menu:- Products - Inventory Points overview window. : To view the list of products and the inventory level in the
- inventory search in the Search
products window. Note: If you select a search from this sub-menu, the list of products in the Inventory window of the planning board is updated.
: To view the sub-menus that are defined as
- Search products window where in you can manage the product search and the inventory point search. : To view the
- The decoupled inflow products
- The outflow products
- The by-products
- The decoupled main products
- All the products associated with the selected batches
: To view the inventory simulation of inventory
points for the selected batches on the planning board. For the selected
batches, this option enables you to view: - : To search in the current active set, all the inventory points within the work area for which the bottom level is below the standard or the minimum level. The inventory points with a shortage are displayed in the graph.
- : To search in the current set, all the inventory points within the work area for which the top level exceeds the maximum level. The inventory points with an overflow are displayed in the graph.
- : To run backward planning that creates batches to replenish inventory points to the standard inventory level. This option is also applicable to products with a cover period and an inventory interval.
- : To run forward planning that creates batches in a depletion stage to deplete inventory points to standard inventory level. This option is used for the further processing or depletion of by-products.
- : To activate the products you select from the inventory points list, on the planning board.
- : To deactivate the products you select from inventory points list, on the planning board.
Note: The undo scheduling functionality is applicable for the , and
options.
