Views Resources tab

Select the resources panel to be modified from the list.

Note: The list contains only the resource panels that you selected on the General tab of the View Entry window.

Click Select to add additional resources. The resources column lists the resources selected that is to be displayed on the view. The Resource Selection window is displayed.

Click OK after selecting the resources in the selection window.

Modify the order in which the resources are displayed by dragging and dropping resources, if required. The line column indicates if a line is used to separate one resource from the next resource.

Double-click in the corresponding cell to enable the line. Double-click again to clear the line.

Note: The repr. (representation) column contains a list with defaulted options, single, double, and level. These are used to define how the batches for that resource are displayed on the tab.

Select the default option from the default repr. list. Possible values:

single: This option is used to view the segments in single batches.
double: This option is used to view the segments in batches together. The inflow and outflow are displayed in one segment, one on top of the other.
level: This options is used to view the levels of the resources in a graph.

Note: If you modify the default option, the result is displayed on the planning board.

Specify the new values to modify the settings.

The resource height and level height are two entry fields in the Settings group section.

Select the std. volume unit or std. weight unit option to select for viewing the graph.

Select the cumulative check box to sum the graphs of overlapping batches.
