Zoom in and zoom out
The icon, at the left side of the information bar on the planning board, enables you to switch between the entire horizon and the defined work area.
You can zoom in and out to increase and decrease horizontal details on the planning board. Zooming in increases horizontal details and reduces the overview on the planning board. Zooming out reduces horizontal details and increases the overview on the planning board.
To zoom in gradually, press and hold the key + the key and press the plus () key. To zoom out gradually, press and hold the key and press the minus () key.
You can adjust the zoom area with the option. Once zoomed out, drag the zoom area horizontally and vertically to display different parts of the planning board in the zoom area. You can return to the scheduling area with the option or by double-clicking the rectangle. You can click the icon on the planning board to switch back and forth between the views.
You can also change the scale in the planning board by zooming in (press + + () key) and out (press + () key), or by pressing the key and clicking a time segment. The date and time labels are automatically adjusted when zooming in and out. The application saves the last used time scale of a view.
