Resource allocation
The functionality enables you to reassign the selected batches to resources. Batches are sequenced based on the start time. Each batch is reassigned to a resource within the resource group of the batch. This function determines the best resource based on the combination of resource capacity and availability, routing constraints, batch duration, transition time, enabling claim and utility claim.
The function can be used to allocate process batches, tank batches, and enable batches.
Note: You can allocate batches in a resource group using the + key while
selecting a resource name on the planning board.
