Source/destination tab

Use this widow to define the data sources and/or paths used to store the data files.

  1. Select Integration > Interface Groups. The Interface Groups window is displayed.
  2. Double-click on the required interface group. The Interfaces Group Entry window is displayed.
  3. Click the Source/Destination tab.
  4. Specify or select the ASCII path. For ODBC, specify a login name and password and select the appropriate database from the data source list.
    Note: A new ODBC data source can be created using New option in the ODBC data source list.
  5. Select the write Schema.ini check box with an ODBC text driver and other reporting tools that support ODBC:
    1. If you select write Schema.ini check box, select the add file to schema.ini check box.
    2. Specify a path for the file in the adjoining text box.
  6. Select the write Qetxt.ini check box, if the file is required for UNIX text databases:
    1. If you select this write Qetxt.ini check box, select the add file to Qetxt.ini check box.
    2. Specify a path for the file in the adjoining text box.
  7. Click Save.
