Resource Group General tab

Specify a description in the appropriate field.

Select the check schedule check box if this is a critical resource group that must be verified when you process the Check schedule function.

Note: A non-critical resource is a resource that is adequate and is not a reason for a delay in production.

Change the efficiency of a resource in a resource group, if necessary.

The efficiency field is a coefficient to set efficiency for all resources in the resource group. The efficiency value 1.0 represents 100% efficiency.

Select the is critical check box if you require this group to be included when running the solver.

The distribution strategy field is used to select the strategy when allocating tank batches.

The list is only enabled if the tank is selected in the category field.

Click Select in the Resource Selection window to include resource in the group.

Change the group type, if necessary.

Note: The group type field can only be modified if the category is process and at least two resources are selected. Else, the group type is a choice group.
