Printing a report

The Print reports window enables you to print the overviews of sections of your detailed schedule.
Note: You can print batches in your work area only, which is indicated by the values in the from and to fields.
  1. Select File > Print Reports. The Print reports window is displayed.
  2. Select the required view.
  3. Select one or more titles.
  4. Use the selection pop-up menu or specify in the selection field to indicate the information to be printed.
    Note: The selection criteria varies based on the report. For example, a report for orders enables you to select one order or all. Another report enable you to select the resource to include in the report.
  5. Click Print.
    Note: You can press and hold the Alt key and click Print to save the report information in tab-separated ASCII format. You are prompted for a file name. Titles, headers, and footers are not saved.
