Inflow factor

Inflow factor is the ratio between anticipated inflow product requirements and the main product. If you are creating a batch consisting of 10 muffins requiring inflow of 2 kg of flour and 20 eggs, the inflow factors for flour and eggs would be 0.2 kg/piece and 2 piece/piece. (Remember that product units are defined when creating a product group).
