Earliest inventory time and latest inventory time

Latest Inventory Time moves the unlocked, decoupled process batches (replenishment and depletion batches) in time to maintain inventory simulation right above the standard inventory level. You must select the batches that are to be impacted in the planning board or in the Process batches overview window. The scenario in which this occurs is a change in demand that takes place after an initial schedule has been made. No new batches are created, and quantities and sequence are not modified. The difference between Latest Inventory Time and Latest End Time is that Latest Inventory Time considers inventory simulation. You can also compare ultimate inventory quantity, which adjusts batch quantities instead of times.

You can use the Earliest Inventory Time option from the Schedule menu to move the selected batches at the earliest time while retaining the inventory simulation above the standard level.

You can use the Latest Inventory Time option from the Schedule menu to move the selected batches at the latest time while retaining the inventory simulation above the standard level.
