Loading template with Reset Cycle

If the Reset Cycle option is set to Off, the settings in the templates are imported while retaining certain elements of the Cycle entity.

If the Reset Cycle option is set to On, the settings in the templates are imported and all elements in the cycle entity are replaces with those in the template.
