Forecast Consumption

Demand (PW) is used as the default cycle. If a different cycle is required, the scv_fcst_consump_plan_name_to_load variable must be updated to the appropriate cycle.

To import master data for Forecast Consumption and to create Planning Engine, these macros must be executed.

• Execute the FC System Macro to create a Planning Engine Instance macro and to create an initial Planning Engine using the Forecast Consumption Engine Definition. This macro performs these actions:
  • Create a Planning Engine using the Forecast Consumption Engine Definition.
  • Import all master data to the Planning Engine.
  • Import all transactional data to the Planning Engine.
  • Run an initial solve.
