Improvements to SCV data enhancement program

The program now accepts the new called CLEAR_EXISTING_DATA optional input parameter which indicates if the existing data in the target column must be removed before applying the data enhancement. These are the possible values for the new parameter:

"Y" (default)
"N"

Note: This feature is available on upgrade.. You are not required to have a new role or privilege access to use this feature.
