SCO: Remove scheduled properties

The standard Supply Chain Optimization Planning Engine definition (SP_SCO) is updated to remove the following scheduled properties:

scheduled production
scheduled shifted production
scheduled released production
scheduled deliveries
scheduled shipments
scheduled receipts

These properties are no longer used. Values from Production Scheduling are now mapped to the corresponding firm properties, instead of scheduled.

Action required: none.

Note: This change is enabled after loading the Planning Engine SCO template (apsco.zip) for this version. This impacts a new planning engines created from the updated PE definition, although there must be no direct functional impact.
