Update default Recent History for daily Forecast Engines

The default forecast engines at daily periodicity (Period Level = Days) had a Recent History parameter default value of 7. This prevents a forecast for any item-location combination without sales in the past 7 days, which has been deemed too restrictive.

These forecast engines have been updated, setting the recent history parameter to 91, or one quarter of a "445" calendar:

03c Holt Winters Days
Advanced Best Fit Days

Note: This feature is available after loading the demand planning template (dpls.zip) for this release. A new role or privilege is not required to access this feature.
