Plansheet note improvements
It is now possible to delete notes within the plansheet.
The resource field is improved, with the display based on the user's Display Preference for Resource Attribute. For example, if the display preference is "Name (Description)" the note's resource context displays as resource (resource description).
Class is now stored as part of the note context. To uniquely identify a Resource, both a Class name and Resource Name are required. The Class is displayed in the same format as the Resource Attribute from Display Preference. Class is populated when Resource is not a Query. If the Resource is a Query, the Class field is left blank.
The property field is improved, with the display based on the user's Display Preference for Property Attribute. Count properties now display as Count.
The period field is improved with the display based on the user's Display Preference for Period Attribute. Default values, without a distinct period, now display as Default", instead of *. Sum values now display N/A, instead of +.
Deleting a note requires the 'Notes - Delete (Planning Engine)' permission.
The permission is assigned to the standard roles in the content, available after loading the base template (base.zip) for this release:
- Planning Engine Main System Administrator (IBP_AP_SystemsAdmin)
