SCO: Process improvements for next Planning Engine

The “SCO Master Next Cycle” system processing macro now initiates the plan within the newly created "next" planning engine, importing master data, transactional data and running an optimization to solve the plan.

This improves automation of the process for creating the next Planning Engine from a PE cycle. For example, allowing to schedule the creation of the next SCO planning engine to occur each Sunday, providing a populated and solved plan for the new working week.

These new macros, of type: Planning Engine, are added to support the process:

SP - SCV - SCO - Import Master Data (PE)
SP - SCV - SCO - Import Transactional Data (PE)
SP - SCV - SCO - Solve (PE)
SP - SCV - SCO - Publish Plan (PE)

All of the Planning Engine versions of the macro are added as additional content. The related Type = System macros are preserved to support adhoc planning engines.

Note: This feature is enabled after loading the Planning Engine SCO template (apsco.zip) for this version. A new role or privilege is not required to access this feature.
