Updated Planned MO status mapping in SCV

This M3 Staging -> Inbox transformation view has been updated:

ST_V_M3_PROD_PLND_TRX

The 'status' column mapping in the view has been updated as follows:

When M3 status (PSTS) = 10, then status = Planned
When M3 status (PSTS) = 20, then status = Firm Planned
Else status = Null

The SCP-M3 integration does not support planned orders in M3 with status > 20. With this change, any imported planned production orders with status > 20 have Null in the status in SCV Inbox and are not validated. For a planned production order that is imported from M3 and that failed validation for this reason, the status must be adjusted in M3.

Note: This feature is enabled after loading the base for M3 template (base for M3.zip) for this version. A new role or privilege access is not required to use this feature.
