Performance improvements in Set Values workflow command

Improved the performance of workflow command 'Set Values' to 'nil' or the default property value when the value is already ‘nil’ or the default property value. For examples, ’Set Values: Class.property = nil;’ and ’Set Values: Class.property = property (*);’. This improvement is also done for workflow command ‘Set Values For Selection’.

In SCO, it significantly improves the performance of workflow '190 - Init Solver' which is used in workflow '100 - Solve' and workflow '394 - Pre Import Transactional Data' which is used in Macro 'SP - SCV - SCO - Import Transactional Data'.

Note: By default this feature is enabled. A new role or privilege is not required to access this feature.
