Optimized counting of resources for a class

Supply Optimization (Planning Engine) now use a faster method to determine the number of resources for a class, resulting in a faster response for services such as the loading of the initial page of the Resource Browser. For Planning Engine with around 400K resources, the time for counting the resources for each class went from 8 seconds to less than 1 second.
