Help icon moved to the main SCP application toolbar

The position of the online help (?) and "find out more" (?+) icons are switched in this release to provide users with intuitive access to the online help.

The help icon is now positioned directly on the main toolbar, while ’find out more’ icon can be found within the overflow menu, improving usability.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled. A new role or privilege is not required to access this feature.
