Advanced export filters for SCV interface services

Interface Service with Data Entity = SCV Table and Direction = Export, now supports advanced filter definitions on the Export Filter tab. This supports more complex filter conditions across multiple fields of the selected export table, in the form of field, condition, and value.

This provides improved usability by offering more flexibility and control to administrators in defining export behavior. For example, exporting from the SCV Outbox only those records from a specific source and where a non-zero quantity.

This is a platform enhancement allowing enrichment of the standard content delivered to customers as well customer extensions when exporting data from SCV. The standard content is not updated to utilize this feature in this release, thus maintaining existing behavior. However, administrators can begin to use this feature for new SCV export interface services.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled. A new role or privilege is not required to access this feature.
