New validation rule on SI_DEMAND table

Previously the SI_DEMAND table has been validated against the specified items and ship-from locations. However, this has not been validated against the combination of the specified item and ship-from location. The following new SCV configuration is now available to validate item-location combinations on imported SI_DEMAND records:

SCV validation rule: BASE DEM FK Ship-from Location
SCV foreign key constraint: BASE_SI_DEMAND_FK_ITMLOC

Note: The validation rule and FK constraint are available after applying the base template (base.zip) for this release. A new role or privilege access is not required to use this feature.
