New SCV datasheet for PS actuals reporting
This SCV datasheet is added to report on scheduled batches in Production Scheduling (PS) versus actuals imported from ERP:
- PS - SS_V_KPI_ACTUALS_DAILY
Every time PS batches are exported to ERP, a copy of the published process and tank batches are archived in the new PS-specific table SC_AS_BATCH_ARCHIVE. The newly introduced view SS_V_KPI_ACTUALS_DAILY combines the data from the archived batches with the data from the completed (history) production orders imported from ERP.
The report includes the following fields from the combined data:
- Main product
- Schedule date (publish date)
- Scheduled vs actual resource
- Scheduled vs actual quantity
- Scheduled vs actual start inflow date/time
- Scheduled vs actual end outflow date/time
The ACTUALS_KPI_OFFSET_DAYS model parameter specifies the number of days of scheduled batches to include in the report. By default, the batches that are published in the last seven days are included in the report.
The archive table SC_AS_BATCH_ARCHIVE stores the batches that are published in the last 180 days. Archived batches in this table that are older than 180 days are purged as part of the macro SCV - Production Scheduling Publish Orders (Batches) to SCV Core.
