Promote to Master

You can promote a Running Planning Engine in a Cycle to Master Planning Engine. The Master Planning Engine is generally published at the end of the process.

The Promote to Master option can be accessed from the Planning Engine Details page or from the Process > Planning Engine page. This option is enabled only when:

You have the Planning Engine - Promote Master.
The status of the Planning Engine is set to Running.
The Planning Engine is associated with a Planning Engine Cycle.

When you select Process > Promote to Master in the Planning Engine Details page, the status of the Planning Engine is set to Master. If another Planning Engine with Master status already exists in the same cycle, the status is changed to Running.
